everything about this small hotel was wonderful. the venue was in a central location right by all toauristed palace as well as the fort and hustle and bustle of the city. it was good to be 1 mile away from bikaner restaurant, serving short-orders. the staff was charming - i would come here again.

The value for money was excellent, the room was beautiful and quiet with a comfortable bed. The location was great, just a short walk to the fort and market. The staff at Heritage House were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made us feel safe throughout our stay.

The room is luxurious and really huge with clean washrooms, everything is excellent. The location is very suitable and GREAT, 1 mile from Jaisalmer Fort. There is a great rooftop restaurant which serves guys and fresh food. I recommend you to stay here.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and service-oriented, always going above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Everything from the cleanliness of the hotel facilities to the spacious rooms and bathroom were top-notch. Additionally, the location was very convenient for me, and parking was available since I had rented a car. The staff at the hotel restaurant were especially helpful and the food was great, although the selection for breakfast was a bit limited.

It's fairly clean and magnificent hotel. The staff with excellent service. The rooftop restaurant in the property is great which serves amazing North Indian food.

The location was decent and marvellous, just off all toauristed palace, and 'Golden City' Jaisalmer. Furthermore, on one side the fort.

I recently stayed at Heritage House in Jaisalmer for a few days. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were a great addition, with delicious food and excellent service. a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I chose Heritage House for its convenient location near Jaisalmer Fort, a place I've been wanting to visit. But the additional amenities at the hotel pleasantly surprised me. The cool breeze on the relaxing rooftop restaurant was amazing, and the delicious food cooked by the staff while gazing at the fort made it even more enjoyable.

The suite was spacious and had two bedrooms, which was great for our family. The location was also good as it was away from the noisy area. We appreciated the hot breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The room we stayed in was quite old and outdated, and some electrical appliances were not working properly. , the staff seemed to be overwhelmed during the New Year's eve party, and service was very slow at times.
